When you select an item for purchase, add it to your cart. When you have selected all your items, proceed to check out where you will be guided through the process of making your purchase. .
Payment and Shipping U.S.A. Customers: I accept payment by credit card through Paypal, or by check or money order. You can pay through the cart, or you can contact me through the Guestbook (or e-mail to beadshaper@beadshaper.com) to set aside the item until payment has cleared. After payment has cleared, allow 7 business days for the merchandise to reach you. If you pay with check or money order, allow extra time for the check to clear. California residents must include 9.75% sales tax. There is no sales tax for customers outside of California. Shipment is usually by USPS Standard First Class mail unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges are $4 for orders up to $100 and $5 for orders above $100. Priority Mail and Express Mail are available at higher shipping charges.
International Customers: I ship USPS to those countries around the world which are serviced by PayPal. International shipping charges are $15 for orders up to $100 and $32 for orders above $100. Return Policy: A full refund of the cost of the item will be made after it is returned in good condition for any reason within 10 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Shows: At times I take my jewelry to a 1 or 2 day show here in California for sale. I do not close my web site during the day of the show. In the unlikely event that you select an item which has been sold at a show before I have a chance to remove the item from my web site, I will make a similar item for you. Similar is not exactly the same because it is hand made. .
