Payment and Shipping

U.S.A. Customers: Los Angeles County residents must include 9.5% sales tax. California residents outside of LA County pay 7.25% sales tax. There is no sales tax for internet customers outside of California. Shipment is usually by USPS Standard First Class mail with insurance and tracking. Heavier items can cost more. Priority Mail is available at higher shipping charges.

International Customers: The cost for international shipping, insurance, tracking, and handling can vary according to the destination as well as the value and weight of the product. We will contact the US Post Office to determine the shipping cost and notify you before the agreement is concluded. Payment is by a check in US dollars. The check must clear the bank before the product can be shipped  

Return Policy: A full refund of the cost of the item will be made after it is returned in good condition for any reason within 10 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
