When you select an item for purchase, add it to your cart. When you have selected all your items, proceed to check out where you will be guided through the process of making your purchase. . Payment and Shipping U.S.A. Customers: I accept payment by most major credit cards, check, or money order. You can pay through the cart, or you can contact me through the Guest Book (or e-mail to beadshaper@beadshaper.com) to set aside the item until payment has cleared. After payment has cleared, allow 7 business days for the merchandise to reach you. If you pay with check or money order, allow extra time for the check to clear. California residents must include 9.75% sales tax. There is no sales tax for customers outside of California. Shipment is usually by USPS Standard First Class mail unless other arrangements are made. Shipping Standard First Class Mail is free to destinations in the U.S.A. Priority Mail and Express Mail are available at higher shipping charges.
International Customers: I ship USPS to those countries around the world which are serviced by PayPal. International payments can be made through PayPal. PayPal will calculate the shipping cost. Mail time can vary depending on the country to which the merchandise is sent. Shipping by USPS First Class International Mail will cost $5. International USPS Priority and Express Mail are more expensive. Return Policy: A full refund of the cost of the item will be made after it is returned in good condition for any reason within 10 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Shows: At times I take my jewelry to a 1 or 2 day show here in California for sale. I do not close my web site during the day of the show. In the unlikely event that you select an item which has been sold at a show before I have a chance to remove the item from my web site, I will make a similar item for you. Similar is not exactly the same because it is hand made. .
