BEADSHAPER CLASSES
I offer classes in making hand crafted jewelry using various techniques at various craft shows and boutiques in and near California.
The techiques offered are:
Bead Crochet involves crocheting beads in metal wire (sterling silver or other metal) to make a beautiful necklace or earrings.
Viking Knit involves knitting wire around a form using a special tool to make an intricate bracelet.
Repousse involves creating an exotic pendant design by stamping a metal plate from the rear.
My students produced fabulous results in their Viking Knit and Bead Crochet classes at the Pasadena Bead and Design Show (January 2012).
I will be teaching classes at the Bead and Boutique Arts Show, March 3 and 4, at the Concord Hilton Hotel in Concord, California and at the Pasadena Bead and Design Show, July 26 - 29 at the Pasadena Hilton Hotel in Pasadena.
